Assessment & Blueprinting
The process begins here. We gain an understanding of your goals, the information that you'd like to capture and the workflows that you'd like to augment or automate.
Our Project Manager works with yours to assemble the project specifications, compile objectives, action items and milestones. We create a "story board" for review, and then a timeline.
Next, we move onto development.
Development
Our Software Engineers will build application software tailored specifically for your organization's needs. The design will target the goals identified by you during the Assessment and Blueprinting phases. During the development process, you'll be able to work in conjunction with our team to confirm that the product is evolving according to your expectations. Later in the development cycle, your software will be deployed to a demonstration platform so your users can "Test Drive" the applications. Ultimately, we deploy in parallel to your production environment for final "Beta" testing.
Deployment
We'll work with your IT department or vendor to assist in integrating the final product into your production environment. We'll provide system requirements and the relevant documentation
required for a smooth deployment. If desired, we can even implement the desired servers and systems for you. Our IT Pros are experienced network engineers.
Additionally, we can often migrate data from previous legacy applications.
Lastly, we can write user guides, online help, populate a Help Desk database, and provide administrative and end-user training.
